Newton Presbyterian Manor receives 2022 Customer Experience Award

Newton Presbyterian is a 2022 recipient of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s Customer Experience Award™. Newton Presbyterian Manor displays a continued dedication to providing Best in Class senior healthcare services, qualifying for the award in skilled nursing, assisted living and independent living.

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award™, Newton Presbyterian Manor has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average.

“The Customer Experience Award reflects our employees’ hard work to live out our mission to provide quality senior services guided by Christian values,” said Emily Trask, executive director. “It means a lot that our residents and their families have confidence in our ability to meet their needs.”

Throughout its 73-year history of serving the community, Newton Presbyterian Manor has placed a strong emphasis on ensuring that the individual needs of every resident are met. Over the course of 2021, a sampling of Newton Presbyterian Manor’s customers and their families have participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well as the opportunity to rate Newton Presbyterian Manor in specific categories.

Every month, Newton Presbyterian Manor has gathered its real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of the residents’ needs and make improvements when necessary.  

Independent living residents and their families rated Newton Presbyterian Manor in the top 15 percent in ease of the move-in process.

Assisted living residents and their families also rated the community highly in personal care and ease of the move-in process.

Skilled nursing residents and their families rated the community highly in ease of the admission process, cleanliness, dining services, quality of food and demonstrating dignity and respect.
