Just the right amount of assistance can make all the difference in how you live each day. We pride ourselves on offering the right balance of programs and activities, with the extra help seniors may need with daily living tasks so they can enjoy the way they want to live. The key at Newton Presbyterian Manor is that we have built a close-knit community where residents get to know each other and our friendly teams. It’s a neighborhood feel, where everyone can experience life at their own pace.
Wellness is about more than physical health. It’s about social engagement and finding purpose in daily life. At Newton Presbyterian Manor, the way you want to live is more than a tagline. It is a culture built on a method of delivering services and care to residents that promote all aspects of wellness: physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and more.

Assisted living residents are more independent and are able to get around as they like. They many need help with certain tasks, such as housework, bathing, or medications. Long-term care is for seniors who need much more help and hands-on care from a dedicated caregiver. Most families start thinking about full health care services when their loved one needs assistance with mobility, with getting up in the morning or getting to bed at night, or with their care in the bathroom. Our team will work with the primary care doctor and with family to make sure that the need for a move is not a surprise to anyone and that all are prepared for the next step. That’s the benefit of living in a Life Plan Community—the need for more help doesn’t require a move beyond our campus. Friends and even caregivers are familiar!
We offer beautiful studios.
Monthly assisted living fees depend on the floor plan and level of services needed. A second-person fee applies for double occupancy, and it varies based on level of services needed. Contact us to learn more and take the next step in your journey.
